- All on-site calls are billed from
the time the Service technician leaves CS Technologies Plus / Computer Showcase to the
time the Service Technician returns to CS Technologies Plus / Computer Showcase.
- In-house service is scheduled on
a first-come first-serve basis.
- Scheduled in-house appointments which
are considered an emergency repair have priority over normal in-house
repairs. These repairs will have the Emergency Repair fee added
to the bill.
- Innovative Service Agreement (ISA): Business customers who purchase an ISA are entitled to priority service with a lower rate. Ask our Sales and Service Manager for details.
